March 7th PTI FREE Webinar-IFSP’s and Transitioning!

This is a free webinar through PTI Nebraska.  Sign in and learn about a variety of topics through the year.

On March 7, 2013 the PTI Webinar is:

Individual Family Service Plan (birth-3) and Transition to IEP at Age 3

The Individual Family Service Plan is written by a team with families of children birth to age 3 who are eligible for Early Development Network.  Connie will guide families through the IFSP document.  She will talk about how the family uses the document to enhance the development of their child.  She will also explain the transition to the IEP, including how the IFSP is the same and different than the IEP.  This is valuable information for families who have infants & toddlers in the Early Development Network.
